Courses are available in 4, 8, and 12-hour formats, offering flexibility to fit different schedules and needs. Through a combination of instructional content, practical exercises, and guided assignments, participants will learn techniques to manage anger effectively and improve their overall emotional regulation.

 

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate to meet court requirements.
